【摘要】 目的探讨介入治疗布加综合征的并发症及防治。方法总结介入治疗布加综合征时出现的6例并发症及治疗情况。结果3例下腔静脉出血和1例心包填塞病人急症手术,治愈出院。2例肺栓塞死亡。结论介入治疗布加综合征时,导管穿刺要防止刺破下腔静脉。腔静脉内有新鲜血栓,应禁忌介入。积极治疗并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the prevention and treatment of the complications caused by interventional therapy for BCS. [Methods] Analyze complications in 5 cases during interventional therapy for BCS. [Results] Three cases with inferior rena cava hemorrhage and 1 case of cardial tamponade were operated on emergency resulting in surviving. Two cases died of pulmonary emblism. [Conclusion] When interventional therapy for patients with Buudd-Chiari syndrome, the inferior vena cavai must be in mind all the time during the procedure. When have fresh thrombus, interventional therapy was not done. The complications should be cured in time.更多还原
