【摘要】 目的观察不同年龄段的2型糖尿病患者在并发高血压病、冠心病、心衰或心律失常的情况下使用不同剂量美托洛尔时对血糖的影响。方法观察甲、乙两组各50例2型糖尿病人分别服用美托洛尔25mg每日2次及12.5mg每日2次的治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖变化,并与安慰剂组对照。结果美托洛尔25mg组(甲组)治疗后空腹血糖有一定程度降低,而餐后血糖则无明显变化;美托洛尔12.5mg组(乙组)治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均无明显变化。甲、乙两组60岁以上病例与60岁以上的血糖变化差别无显著性。本研究中,25mg组(甲组)的低血糖发生率(28%)较其他两组高。结论美托洛尔对2型糖尿病患者的血糖的影响与其剂量大小有关。25mg每日2次的剂量下,空腹血糖有一定程度降低;餐后2h血糖则无明显改变。12.5mg每日2次的剂量时,其空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均无明显改变。25mg组(甲组)的低血糖发生率较其他两组高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the effects on the blood glucose with different dosages of metoprolol for Type 2 diabetes patients of different ages under hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure, or arrhythmia by enlarging the scale of specimens. [Methods] By dividing two group (A, B) of 50 Type 2 diabetes for each taking 25 mg metoprolol and 12.5 mg metoprolol twice a day respectively to observe the changes of blood glucose when fasting and 2 hours after dining, results compared to that of the group of placebo. [Results] GroupA of 25 mg metoprolol: decrease in fasting blood glucose to certain extent and no obvious changes in blood glucose 2 hours after dining; group B of 12.5 mg metoprolol: no obvious changes in either situation. For those over 60 of both two group, there is no change of their blood glucose, which implies insignificantly. There is something has to be mentioned that the probability that hypoglycemia happens in group A (28%) is quite higher than that of the other two. [Conclusion] The effects of metoprolol on the blood glucose of Type 2 diabetes patients are related to the dosage taken. With the dosage of 25 mg twice a day, the fasting blood glucose shows decrease to certain degree; the blood glucose 2 hours after dining shows no obvious change. With the dosage of 12.5 mg twice a day, neither the fasting blood glucose nor the blood glucose 2 hour after dining demonstrates evident changes.
