高敏C反应蛋白和脂蛋白(a)联合检测在冠心病诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和脂蛋白(a)联合检测对冠心病的诊断价值。方法对166例疑诊冠心病的患者进行冠状动脉造影检查,根据造影结果分为冠心病组(CHD组)和非冠心病组(非CHD组),并分别进行hs-CRP和Lp(a)的测定、分析。结果CHD组患者血浆hs-CRP和Lp(a)浓度均高于非CHD组(P<0.01)。两项指标联合检测对CHD患者诊断的特异度(89.2%)高于分别应用hs-CRP(86.5%)或Lp(a)(70.3%)单一指标。结论hs-CRP和Lp(a)两项指标联合检测更有助于冠心病的预测和诊断。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the value of detecting plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD). [Methods] 166 suspected cases of CHD undergone coronary arteriongraphy were classified into CHD group and non-CHD group. hs-CRP and Lp(a) were evaluated and analyzed in both of these two groups. [Results] The concentration of hs-CRP and Lp(a) were significantly higher in CHD patients than that in the non-CHD subjects(P <0.01). The specificity of detecting all the three markers (0.919) was higher than that of single marker detecetion of either Lp(a) (0.703) or Fig (0.757) or hs-CRP(0.865). [Conclusion] Combined detection of two markers of hs-CRP and Lp(a) may help improve the diagnosis of CHD.
