【摘要】 目的探讨上肢多发伤的治疗方法。方法采用游离胸脐皮瓣移植及桡神经功能重建方法治疗上肢多发伤。结果移植皮瓣全部成活,桡神经功能早期获得重建,随访6￣8个月,无并发症。结论游离皮瓣移植及桡神经功能重建能较好地治疗上肢多发伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objevtive] To investigate the way of clinical treatment of upper estremity multiple trama. [Method] Upper extremity multiple traumas were treated with replantation of free chest-cord surgical flap and reconstrction of radial nerev function. [Result] The skin flap by transplanting all survived, the function of nerve was reconstructed with I phase and no complication was found by followed up through 6~8 months. [Conclusion] Upper extremity multiple trauma could be treated with the ways of replantation of free chest-cord surgical flap and reconstruction of radia nerve function.更多还原
