【摘要】 目的探讨血脂康联合运动在治疗有症状性脂肪肝方面的临床效果。方法选择有症状性脂肪肝62例,随机分为A组(即血脂康联合运动组,31例)和B组(血脂康组,31例),观察对比两组治疗后的总有效率、血脂变化及肝功能和体重及症状体征变化,并探讨其疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)均明显降低,两组比较无明显差别;同时总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且明显升高HDL-C(P<0.05),其中TG与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论血脂康治疗脂肪肝疗效显著,能明显改善肝功能,降低血脂,采取联合运动治疗特别对肥胖、糖尿病及高脂血症引起的脂肪肝患者尤为有效,能明显改善B超声像图变化及临床症状和体征,为临床治疗脂肪肝开辟了广阔的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the curative efficacy of Xuezhikang joint sport in treatment of the symptom steatohepatitis. [Methods] 62 cases with steatohepatitis were randomized into treating group (31 cases) and controlled group (31 cases). Observe contrast symptom and the rate of efficacy and liver function, discuss its curative effect and side effects after treating. [Results] The total effective rate in treating group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). There was obvious reduction in ALT and AST, there was no obvious difference in the two groups of comparison and notable reduction in TC and TG (P< 0.05), and there was increase in LDL-C (P<0.05), in which TG with comparison group have significant discrepancy (P<0.05). [Conclusions] It is showed that Xuezhikang is useful for treating steatohepatitis. It can improve the liver function and reduce blood fat, It is better to adopt joint sport treatment. This has opened up wide prospect for clinical treatment of steatohepatitis.更多还原
