奥曲肽对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎肺损伤的保护作用
Protective Function of Octreotide on Lung Injury of Rats with Severe Acute Pancreatitis
【摘要】 目的:探讨大鼠重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)合并肺损伤的发病因素和奥曲肽对大鼠SAP合并肺损伤的保护作用。方法:48只SD大鼠随机均分为3组:假手术组(S)、SAP组、奥曲肽处理组(O),每组再分为6h和12 h亚组。检测血AM Y,TNF-,αM DA和肺M PO的浓度并对胰、肺组织进行病理评分。结果:O组血AM Y、TNFα-、M DA和肺M PO及胰、肺病理评分与同时间SAP组相比明显降低。在SAP组,TNF-α在12 h比6 h明显下降。血AM Y、TNFα-、M DA和肺M PO浓度与胰、肺病理评分呈正相关。结论:血TNFα-、M DA和肺组织M PO是引起SAP合并肺损伤的重要因素,奥曲肽能减轻SAP合并肺损伤。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pathogenetic factor of lung injury of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) and the protective function of octreotide on lung injury of SAP.Methods:Forty eight SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Sham(S)operative group,SAP group,Octreotide(O)group.Each group was divided into 6h,12 h subgroup.After the model of SAP was induced,the serum concentration of AMY,TNF-α,MDA,and the activity of MPO in lung tissue were determined,the score of pancreas and lung pathology was made.Results:AMY,TNF-α,MDA,MPO,and pancreas,lung pathology scores In O group decreased significantly compared to SAP group during the same period.TNF-α at 12 h of SAP group significantly decreased than 6 h.There was a positive relationship for AMY,TNF-α,MDA,MPO compared to pancreas and lung tissue pathology scores.Conclusions:TNF-α,MDA,MPO are the important pathogenetic factors in the determine of lung injury in SAP.Octreotide can decrease the lung injury of SAP.
