【摘要】 目的:提高对腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病和平滑肌瘤良性肺部转移影像表现的认识。方法:报告1例腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病的M R I表现和平滑肌瘤良性肺部转移的胸部X线平片。结果:腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病的M R I可显示病灶的范围和信号特征。结论:M R I能较好显示腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病的病理特征及和类似疾病的鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To enhance the understanding of leiomyomatosisi peritonealis disseminata and benign metastasizing leiomyoma on imaging findings.Methods:The MRI findings of leiomyomatosisi peritonealis disseminata and X-ray chest plain film of benign metastasizing leiomyoma were reported,and literature reviewed.Results:The extent and signal characteristic of leiomyomatosisi peritonealis disseminata could be depicted on MRI.Conclusion:MRI is a good way to show the characteristic of leiomyomatosisi peritonealis disseminata.更多还原
