【摘要】 目的:探讨氨苯砜(DDS)综合征误诊原因和临床治疗特点。方法:报告2例氨苯砜综合征误诊病例。结果:2例首诊均误诊。1例先后误诊为上呼吸道感染、发热待查;1例误诊为肝功能损害待查。结论:DDS综合征的临床特征为发热、皮疹、黄疸、淋巴结肿大、贫血及肝脏损害等,确诊主要依靠DDS用药史。其治疗遵循重症药疹的治疗原则。糖皮质激素开始应用足量,减量不宜过多、过快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the misdiagnostic causes,the clinical features and treatments of Dapsone syndrome.Methods:Two misdiagnosed cases of Dapsone syndrome were reported.Results:Both two cases were misdiagnosed,one as flu and unidentified fever,the other as unidentified liver dysfunction.Conclusions:The clinical features of DDS syndrome are fever,rash,jaundice,lymphadenopathy,anemia,liver dysfunction et al.Its diagnosis mainly depends on the DDS administration history.The treatment is the same as that of severe drug eruption.Sufficient doses of corticosteroid should be applied at the beginning of treatment,and gradual reduction should be noted.更多还原
