不同类型春玉米灌浆期间籽粒中内源激素IAA、GA、ZR、ABA含量的变化
Changes in Endogenous Hormone of IAA, GA, ZR and ABA in Kernels during Grain-filling Stage in Different Types of Spring Maize (Zea mays L.)
【摘要】 田间种植的高淀粉‘(郑单19’)、高油‘(通油1号’)和普通型‘(吉单209’)春玉米在籽粒灌浆过程中‘,郑单19’的IAA在授粉后28d达到峰值,‘吉单209’和‘通油1号’的峰值出现在35d;在3个杂交种中,‘郑单19’的IAA峰值最大,‘吉单209’次之,‘通油1号’最低;整个籽粒灌浆期间,‘通油1号’和‘吉单209’的GA含量高于‘郑单19’,在灌浆后期,‘通油1号’仍保持较高的GA含量;‘通油1号’ZR含量的峰值最高,直到后期仍保持较高的水平;‘郑单19’在籽粒灌浆前期的ABA含量较低,但在后期的含量较高。
【Abstract】 Spring maize (Zea mays L.) hybrids with high starch (‘Zhengdan 19’), high oil (‘Tongyou 1’) and ordinary type (‘Jidan 209’) were planted in the experimental field. IAA level in ‘Zhengdan 19’ reached the peak at 28 d after pollination, those in ‘Jidan 209’ and ‘Tongyou 1’ at 35 d; IAA peak in ‘Zhengdan 19’ was the highest and the lowest in ‘Tongyou 1’ of the three hybrids; GA contents in ‘Tongyou 1’ and ‘Jidan 209’ were more than those in ‘Zhengdan 19’, and ‘Tongyou 1’ remained a higher level of GA contents in the late stage; ZR contents were higher than those in the other two hybrids and remained a higher level in the late stage; ABA contents in ‘Zhengdan 19’ were lower in the early stage and higher in the late stage than those in the other two hybrids.
