【Abstract】 Health belief model has been an important theory to explain and intervene health-related behaviors.Based on analyzing this model,this paper discussed the internal causes of health-risky behaviors of teachers in colleges and universities.The paper also put forward some feasibly interventional strategies as following:(1) improving the cognition of the teachers to relationship between health-related behaviors and diseases;(2) creating supported work environment for the teachers balancing work and health;and(3) making full use of school health centers and medical institutes.更多还原
