表面活性剂增敏催化共振光散射法测定痕量亚硝酸根
Determination of trace nitrite by catalytic resonance light scattering method with surfactant as sensitizer
【摘要】 目的:建立测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法:基于硫酸介质中,亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化健那绿的反应,使其与十二烷基苯磺酸钠缔合的共振光散射强度减弱,据此建立了催化共振光散射分析法测定亚硝酸根的新方法。结果:方法的线性范围为0.83~41.67 ng/m l,检出限0.70 ng/m l。RSD为1.32%、1.24%,样品加标回收率为96.1%~103.9%。结论:该方法简便快速,常见物质干扰小,用于环境水样痕量的亚硝酸根测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a simple and sensitive method for the determination of trace nitrite in water samples of environment.Methods:Based on the catalytic effect of nitrite for the oxidation of JGB by potassium bromate in sulphuric acid medium,which resulted in the decrease of RLS of ion-association complex,a catalytic resonance light scattering method was proposed for the determination of trace nitrite with surfactant as the sensitizer.Results:The determination limit and the linear range for NO-2 were 0.70 ng/ml and 0.83~41.7 ng/ml,respectively.The RSD was 1.32%,1.24%,The recovery rate was 96.1%~103.9%.Conclusion:The method is quick and simple with little interference.It can be applied to the determination of trace nitrite in water samples of environment with satisfactory results.
