微波消解-无色散原子荧光法直接测定食品添加剂中镉
Determination of cadmium in food addition by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion
【摘要】 目的:建立氢化物发生无色散原子荧光法测定食品添加剂中镉的方法。方法:样品在光纤压力自控密闭微波消解系统中消解,消解采用阶梯式升压方式,分别为0.5 MPa 1 m in、1.0 MPa 2 m in、2.0 MPa 2 m in消解样品,以Fe3+、KM-nO4、EDTA、硫脲作掩蔽剂。结果:方法相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%,加标回收率95.0%~103.0%。结论:用该法测定食品添加剂中的镉,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for the determination of cadmium in food addition by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after microwave digestion.Methods:The samples were digested in microwave digestion system.The digestion time was 1 min,2 min,2 min under the pressure of 0.5 MPa,1.0 MPa,1.5 MPa.Fe3+ using KMnO4,EDTA and NH2CSNH2 as masking agents.Results:Recoveries of standard additions were in the rang of 95.0% to 103.0% with precision of < 5%(n=6).Conclusion:The method has been applied to the sample analysis with satisfactory results.
