石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定涉水产品中镍增加量

【摘要】 目的:建立分析涉及饮用水卫生安全产品(简称涉水产品)浸泡试验的镍增加量的石墨炉原子吸收测定法,检测分析各类涉水产品中镍增加量,为监督监测提供科学依据。方法:优化程序升温条件,比较基体改进剂,应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分析涉水产品中镍增加量。结果:使用硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,方法的检出限为0.50μg/L,标准曲线的相关系数为0.999,回收率为94%~103%。经检测分析,各类不锈钢涉水产品中镍增加量普遍超标。结论:石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分析测定涉水产品中镍增加量是一种灵敏可靠、简便快捷的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an analytical method to determine the increment of nickel soak from the equipment of drinking water with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and to analyse the increment of nickel soak from some equipment of drinking water for providing scientific provenance for superintendent to monitor and control.Methods:The increment of nickel soak from the equipment of drinking water was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with matrix modifier and optimized furnace program.Results:Magnesium nitrate was adopted as matrix modifier,with the detection limit(0.50 μg/L),the related coefficient of the standard for the method 0.999,and recovery rate 94%~103%.The increment of nickel soak from most of the stainless steel equipment of drinking water was higher than the sanitary standard.Conclusion:Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is sensitive,reliable simple and rapid for determination of the increment of nickel soak from the equipment of drinking water.
