【Abstract】 In this paper we first review the literature on organization theory studies and then discuss the production organizational coordination problem, the types of organizational coordination mechanism, and the factors that influence the setup and selection of coordination mechanism. Meanwhile, we point out the limitations of present studies on coordination and give a prospect from the perspective of HeXie management theory to the research and development of organizational coordination theory.更多还原
