【摘要】 目的:探讨星状神经节阻滞对不稳定型心绞痛患者心肌损伤的影响。方法:38例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组(即星状神经节阻滞组19例)和对照组(即常规内科治疗组19例)。于阻滞前及阻滞后24 h、72 h、120 h、168 h抽取静脉血标本,测定肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)。结果:观察组患者于星状神经节阻滞24 h后,心绞痛症状全部缓解,观察组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)和SpO2明显优于阻滞前及同时段对照组值;阻滞后观察组cTnⅠ与阻滞前比较无明显的升高,且明显低于同时段对照组值(P<0.05)。结论:星状神经节阻滞对不稳定型心绞痛患者心肌损伤有一定保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of stellate ganglion block on damnification of cardiac muscle and quality of life in patients with unstable angina.Methods: Thirty-eight patients with unstable angina were divided randomly into a study group（n=19） and a control group（n=19）.The patients in study group received stellate ganglion block.The patients in control group took medicine.Cardiac torponin Ⅰ（cTnⅠ） was measured before block and 24 hours,72 hours,120 hours and 168 hours after block.Results: After 24 hours,the angina symptom in study group was relived,visual analogue scale（VAS） and saturate of pulse of pulse oxygen（SpO₂） in study group were obviously better than before block and control group.The level of cTnI in study group was less than control group.Conclusion: Stellate ganglion block can effectively improve myocardium damnification in patients with unstable angina.更多还原
