【摘要】 研究目的:探讨科学测算土地面积的方法,为制定土地面积测算技术规程提供技术支持。研究方法:实测资料分析法、文献资料综合法。研究结果:提出根据土地面积测算的实际需要,规定土地面积的测算方法、资料要求、精度标准,并对各种要求的土地面积测算方法、资料要求、精度标准进行了全面系统阐述。研究结论:现行土地面积测算没有统一的技术规程,有关技术规程不能满足各种土地面积测算的需要,现实中土地面积测算存在的问题不少,需要制定一部统一的土地面积测算技术规程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study is to discuss the scientific means of land area calculation,thus to provide technical assistance for making regulations of land area measurement.Methods of data analysis and documentation were employed.The paper elaborated thoroughly the method for land area measurement,data demand and precision criteria.It is concluded that there are no unified technical rules of land area calculation,and the relevant technical regulation can not meet the need of land area calculation.It is necessary to make a unified technical regulation to solve the existing problems.更多还原
