岷江上游干旱河谷地区生态环境需水量探讨

【摘要】 探讨了生态环境需水量的概念,将人类需水量纳入了生态环境需水量,进而初步探讨了岷江上游干旱河谷地区的生态环境需水量。分别估算了岷江上游干旱河谷地区河道内生态环境需水量、植被需水量及人类(生活和生产)需水量,得出当地生态环境需水总量为34.81×108m3,并提出在岷江上游干旱河谷地区应根据现在和将来有效供水量和生态环境年需水量综合考虑,确定适当的经济社会发展结构和规模,以维系和提高生态环境质量。

【Abstract】 This paper discussed the concept of the ecological and environmental(eco-environmental) water requirement that included the human required water,and then discussed the eco-environmental water requirement in dry river valley of Minjiang’s upper course.The in-channel,vegetation and human(living and production) required water constitute the ecological and environmental water requirement,which amounted to 34.81×10~8m~3.In order to keep and improve the environment,this paper put forward that the Dry River Valley of Minjiang’s Upper Course Area should fix on the appropriate configuration and size of economy and society development,which accorded to the effective water supply of now and future,and the annual ecological and environmental water requirement.
