浅谈多铁性材料
ELEMENTARY INTRODUCTION OF MULTIFERROICS
【摘要】 多铁性材料是指材料的同一个相中包含两种及两种以上铁的基本性能。本文从形成多铁性材料所具备的条件、典型的晶体结构类型、多铁性材料中的相控制和多铁性产生的机制四个方面对多铁性材料作了介绍,并对多铁性材料的发展作了展望。
【Abstract】 The term multiferroics has been used to describe materials in which two or more of the primary ferroic properties occur in the same phase. This paper was aimed to make an elementary introduction about the basical conditions of forming multiferroics, typical types of crystal structure, phase control in multiferroics and mechanisms for muitiferroicity. At last, an outlook for the future development of multiferroics materials is done.
