铌钽矿尾砂在低温快烧外墙砖中的应用研究

【摘要】 通过对铌钽矿尾砂的化学分析、矿物分析、粒度分析研究的基础上,通过加入石英、红粘土、锆英砂、硅灰石、长石、珍珠岩等原料,开展了铌钽矿尾砂在低温快速烧成外墙砖坯、釉配方中的应用研究,并成功研制出一次低温快速烧成的外墙砖。其烧成温度1110℃,烧成周期60分钟,各项性能指标达国标要求。

【Abstract】 In this thesis,based on the chemical analysis,mineral analysis and grain size analysis of Niobium-Tantalum ore gangues,the study on their application in the production of low temperature fast firing outside-wall bricks with added quartz,red clay,kaolinite,zircon sand,wollastonite,feldspar,perlite and so on as raw materials was carried out.Furthermore,low temperature single-fast-fired outside-wall bricks were successfully produced.The firing temperature was 1110℃,the firing period was 60 minutes and all the technical data met the corresponding standards prescribed by the country.
