级进模两步法冲裁降低工艺噪声的试验研究
Experimental Study on Process Noise Reduction by Two Steps Blanking with Progressive Dies
【摘要】 阐述了两步法冲裁降噪的基本原理,在已有的关于两步法冲裁降噪的试验研究基础上,提出了级进模两步法冲裁降噪工艺,并在设计制作专门的冲裁试验模具之后进行了相关的噪声试验研究;试验结果表明,在小吨位小车间采用级进模两步法冲裁工艺取代传统普通冲裁可降低噪声3dB以上,且该工艺的生产效率与传统普通冲裁完全一样,工艺改进成本较低,便于实际生产的推广应用。
【Abstract】 The fundament of noise reduction with two steps blanking method is first expounded,then a new process of two steps blanking with progressive dies is emphasized to be used for reducing blanking noise based on some concerning experimental results,which show that this new process can decrease blanking noise over 3dB in a small tonnage workshop,compared with traditional common blanking process.In fact,the production efficiency of this new process is same to that of traditional process,and its cost on process improvement is very low and so easy to be used in practical production.
