【摘要】 目的比较三种总铁结合力测定方法。方法对直接法、美国原装IBCT试剂盒及碳酸镁吸附法测定总铁结合力的精密度、相关性进行比较。结果直接法、美国原装IBCT试剂盒及碳酸镁吸附法CV值分别小于4.4、4.2、4.8%。三种方法比较,经方差分析显示,F=0.059,P=0.943,三种测定结果没有显著性差异。以美国原装IBCT试剂盒测定结果作为对比方法,直接法与碳酸镁吸附法线性方程分别为Y=0.967X+3.215,r=0.984;Y=1.019X-0.891,r=0.986。结论三种方法测定结果有较好的可比性;但直接法更简便,快捷,更能适应临床需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare three measurement methods of TIBC in serum.Methods TIBC measured by Direct and full automated TIBC Assay,Iron-binding Capacity Test(IBCT) assay reagent and manual method by magnesium carbonate absorbent.Compare precision and correlation of three Methods.Results In three methods,we found the CV was lower than 4.4%,4.2% and(4.8%) respectively.Compared three methods,the ANOVA shows:F=0.059,P=0.943,there are no significant different between three methods,we obtain the regression equation:Y1=0.967X+3.215,r=0.984;Y2=1.019X-0.891,r=0.986(Y1 is Direct and full automated TIBC Assay;Y2 is manual method by magnesium carbonate absorbent,X is Iron-binding Capacity Test(IBCT) assay reagent).Conclusion A direct and full automated TIBC assay with an automated multipurposed analyzer is simple,rapid,accurate for clinical diagnosis.更多还原
