急性心肌梗死犬微量元素的变化及白芍总苷的影响

【摘要】 目的观察白芍总苷对急性心肌梗死犬微量元素及心肌超微结构的影响。方法取杂种犬30只,随机分为5组(每组6只),分别为模型对照组、阳性对照药物(复方丹参注射液)组,白芍总苷2.0、4.0、8.0mg·kg-1剂量组;采用结扎麻醉开胸犬左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)产生急性心肌缺血模型,观察白芍总苷对微量元素及心肌超微结构的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,白芍总苷组微量元素铜(Cu)含量显著减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),锌(Zn)和钙(Ca)含量显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时减轻缺血对心肌细胞超微结构的损伤程度。结论白芍总苷对实验性心肌梗死犬的心肌具有明显的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of total Saponins of Paeonia on trace elements and myocardial ultramicrostructure of dog with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Totally 30 mongrel dog were divided into five group,including control、positive drug (compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection,ISM)and three dose of total Saponins of Paeonia(2.0、4.0、8.0 mg·kg -1).The acute myocardial infarction was estabolish by the ligation of left descending coronary artery(LAD)in anesthesia dog,then the effects of total Saponins of Paeonia on trace elements and myocardial ultramicrostructure were observed.Results The content of Cu in total Saponins of Paeonia group significantly decreasing, and the content of Zn and Ca in total Saponins of Paeonia group increasing compared with control.The total Saponins of Paeonia also lessen injury of myocardial ultramicrostructure induced by myocardial ischemia.Conclusion The total Saponins of Paeonia can protect myocardium from acute myocardial infarction in experimental dog.
