【摘要】 目的应用小鼠肿瘤模型,通过血管内皮细胞生长因子表达肿瘤微血管密度,了解血管抑素抑制肿瘤血管新生。方法免疫组化测定血管内皮细胞生长因子,通过肿瘤微血管密度表达肿瘤血管生长的情况,探讨肿瘤血管新生发生的可能机制。结果血管内皮细胞生长因子在肿瘤中的表达较少,主要表达在内皮细胞中。结论血管内皮细胞生长因子可以表达肿瘤血管密度,证明血管抑素可以抑制肿瘤血管新生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Applicating for the mice tumor model,we has examined VEGF for expressing MVD.Methods The VEGFdetermined by immunohistochemistry express MVD to explore mechanism in the course of anti-angiogenesis.Results VEGF expression is higher in endothelial cell than in tumor.Conclusion VEGF can express MVD in tumor.Our findings indicate that AS may play an important role in prohibite angiogenesis.更多还原
