【摘要】 目的检测慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞TCRαβ和TCRγδ的表达,评价慢性乙型肝炎患者的细胞免疫状态,并初步探究随病情发展TCRαβ和TCRγδ表达率的变化趋势。方法流式细胞术测定38例慢性乙型肝炎、14例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者淋巴细胞中TCRαβ、TCRγδ的表达率。结果TCRαβ在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的表达率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。慢性乙型肝炎各组之间TCRαβ的表达率比较:重度组和乙型肝炎肝硬化组表达率显著低于轻度组(P<0.01,P<0.01),乙型肝炎肝硬化组显著低于中度组(P<0.05)。而TCRγδ在慢性乙型肝炎各组之间比较以及与正常对照组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞中TCRαβ表达能力显著低于正常人,并随病情进展,其表达能力逐渐降低,提示慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T细胞免疫功能下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this studyis to test the expression of TCRαβand TCRγδof peripheral bloodlym-phocytes in CHB patients to evaluate patients’s cellular i mmunity,preli minary seek the changeable trend of their expressionwith disease progress.Methods The expression of TCRαβ,TCRγδof peripheral bloodlymphocytes in 38 CHB and 14 casesliver cirrhosis patients were detected by Flow Cytometer.Results TCRαβexpressionin CHB patients was significantlylowerthan that in normal controls(P<0.01).Its expressionin severe group and cirrhosis group were significantlylower than thatin mild group(P<0.01,P<0.01),its expressionin cirrhosis group was significantlylower than that in moderate group(P<0.05).The TCRγδexpressionin CHB patients was not significantly different fromthat in normal controls(P>0.05),soas those in different stages of CHB patients(P>0.05).Conclusion TCRαβexpression of peripheral blood lymphocytes inCHB patients was significantlylower than healthyindividuals,it was gradually decreasing withthe disease progress.It meansthat the i mmune function of Tcell in peripheral blood of CHB patients decreased.更多还原
