【摘要】 目的评价免疫层析法测定胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋-白1(Insulin like growth factor binding protein-1,IGF-BP-1)及胶体金法测定HCG对胎膜早破的诊断价值。方法以免疫层析法和胶体金法分别检测阴道液体中的IGF-BP-1及HCG。以正常妊娠妇女(30人)为胎膜早破阴性对照;以另一组(30例)孕周在18~37周之间,经确诊为胎膜早破(premature rupture of membranes,PROM)的孕妇作为阳性对照。两方法阳性检出率差异比较采用校正χ2检验。结果HCG胶体金法灵敏度为80%,特异性为73%,诊断符合率为76.7%;IGFBP-1免疫层析法灵敏度为100%,特异性为97%,诊断符合率为98.3%。两方法阳性检出率差异有显著性意义(χ2=4.63,P<0.05)。结论阴道流出液中IGFBP-1的免疫层析法对胎膜早破的检测优于HCG胶体金法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of insulin like growth factor binding protein-1(IGFBP-1)of immunochromatographic test(ICT) and HCG of colloidal gold assay in detecting premature rupture of membranes(PROM).Methods To choose 30 normal brew women as negative control and 30 PROM brew women as positive control.ICT was used to detect IGFBP-1 and colloidal gold assay was used to detect HCG in the fluid in vagina near womb mouth. Yates χ~2 test was used to compare the positive rate between IGFBP-1 of ICT and HCG of colloidal gold assay.Results The sensitivity of IGFBP-1 and HCG were 100% and 80% respectively for PROM test,the specificity were 97% and 73% respectively,the positive coincidence rate were 98.3% and 76.7% respectively.There were significant differences between IGFBP-1 of ICT and HCG for PROM test.Conclusion IGFBP-1 of ICT could be used for diagnosis of PROM,and more peculiar than HCG of colloidal gold assay.更多还原
