【摘要】 建立了猪饲料中3-吡啶甲醇含量测定方法。取氨基柱作为色谱柱,以磷酸二氢钾(0.025 mol/L)∶乙腈∶庚烷磺酸钠(0.25 mol/L)=25∶75∶0.4(V/,V pH4.50)为流动相,检测波长260 nm,流速为0.5 mL/m in。饲料中3-吡啶甲醇的检测限为0.032μg/g,定量限为0.12μg/g。回归曲线方程为A=24.75C+0.43,r=0.999 3。平均回收率为80%~85%。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to detect the content of 3-pyridylcarbinol in feed,an Ion-RP-HPLC method was established.The chromatographic conditions were: NUCLEOSIL EC（250 mm×4.6 mm） 100-5 NH₂ RP column;KH₂PO₄（0.025 mol/L）∶CH₃CN∶C₇H₁₅SO₃Na（0.25 mol/L）=25∶75∶0.4（V/V,pH4.50）as mobile phase;detection wavelength at 260 nm;flow rate of 0.5 mL/min.Results showed that the linear range of detection was between（0.2104）².104 μg/mL,r=0.999 3.The average recovery was（80.7±7.7）% for 0.3 μg/mL;（83.8±（5.9））% for 0.6 μg/mL;（85.3±5.0）% for 1.2 μg/mL.The determination limit was 0.12 μg/g.更多还原
