【摘要】 采用正交试验方法,分别以β-环糊精包合灰黄霉素和阿维菌素及酮康唑和阿维菌素制备癣螨净包合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ,进行成年家兔和未断奶仔兔皮癣菌和螨虫混合感染的治疗试验。结果成年家兔肌肉注射癣螨净包合物Ⅰ后,3 d痒觉明显减轻,10 d和25 d螨虫和皮癣菌检查全部阴性,30 d全部痊愈,5个月内无重复感染;未断奶仔兔皮下注射癣螨净包合物Ⅱ后,4 d痒觉明显减轻,15 d和20 d螨虫与皮癣菌检查全部阴性,25 d全部痊愈,无明显毒副作用。表明癣螨净包合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ可分别用于治疗成年家兔和未断奶仔兔皮癣菌和螨虫混合感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 The curative effects of griseofulvin and avermectin β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion complex as well as ketoconazole and avermentin β-CD inclusion complex on the coinfection of dermatophyte and acarid(下转31页)were studied in adult and pre-weanling rabbits.With the orthogonal test method,the inclusion complex Ⅰ(β-CD with griseofulvin/avermectin)and Ⅱ(β-CD with ketoconazole/avermectin) were formed respectively.Their curative effects on the coinfection of dermatophyte and acarid were studied in adult and pre-weanling rabbits.The results showed that the tickle suffering began to be alleviated after being injected(im) inclusion complex Ⅰfor 3 days on the(adult rabbits.) All the animals showed negative in parasitology and mycology examination on the the 10th day and the 25th day and were fully recovered on the 30th day.The effect of inclusion complex Ⅰis quicker and better than that of orally taken drugs.The term of validity is more than 5 months.Among the pre-weanling rabbits injected(sc) inclusion complex Ⅱ,the tickle suffering began to be alleviated after 4 days.All the(animals) showed negative in parasitology and mycology examination on the 15th day and 20th day and were fully(recovered) on the 25th.The inclusion complex Ⅰand complex Ⅱ can be effectively used to treat the mixed tinea and seabies in adult and pre-weaning rabbits.更多还原
