动脉粥样硬化斑块失稳破裂简化模型的高阶动力学研究
Higher-ordered Dynamics of Simplified Mechanical Model for Vulnerable Atherosclerosis Plaque Rupture
【摘要】 研究了动脉粥样硬化斑块失稳破裂模型的高阶简化形式,证明了纤维帽运动过程中存在着临界频率,当动脉内脉动压力频率低于该临界值时,纤维帽将可能发生参数共振;数值模拟结果表明,纤维帽内外压力差脉动频率的微小变化有可能导致纤维帽运动形式产生质的改变;研究了不同心血管参数变化与斑块破裂间的联系。
【Abstract】 Higher-ordered dynamics of the simplified mechanical model for vulnerable atherosclerosis plaque rupture was studied.It was showed that the fibrous cap would be excited to parametric resonance when the basic frequency was less than the critical value.Numerical studies showed that small variation of the basic frequency might cause a qualitative movement change of the fibrous cap.Relations between the variation of cardiovascular parameters and stability of the plaque was studied and presented as well.
