【Abstract】 Due to a rapid growth of economics,functional foods were more and more demand by consumers.This strong requirement forced the government of many countries to issue related legal documents for market inspection.Shared experiences with other countries,the concept of health/functional food appeared in Korea.In the local market of Korea,this classification of food was divided into two categories: One was daily health/functional food and the other was special health/functional food.The raw materials of health/functional food can be from traditional diets,herbals and novel resources.They can be purified synthetic compounds,Natural products or the combination of both.In the safety inspection of health and functional food,the clinical application history of raw materials was paid a strong attention.更多还原
