【摘要】 目的观察探讨阑尾切除残端的处理方法,评价其临床应用效果。方法在距盲肠右侧2￣3cm处的侧腹膜上,自上而下游离出一带血运的侧腹膜瓣,覆盖在切除后的阑尾根部端口上,性浆肌层间断缝合。结果本组平均手术后7￣9d拆线,随访2月￣2年无并发症出现。结论侧腹膜瓣对阑尾残端口进行覆盖后形成再腹膜化,降低手术后并发症,提高疗效。更多还原
