改善法国图卢兹自来水厂沉淀池出水水质的实验研究

【摘要】 法国图卢兹市的Pech-David自来水厂所用处理工艺中的cyclofloc沉淀池出水浊度过高(2.3NTU,该市另一个水厂平流沉淀池的出水浊度0.5NTU),为了寻找试剂来改善该浊度问题,结合来自Floerger以及Ciba公司的混凝剂与助凝剂,进行混凝实验。实验对有机凝聚剂从:效率、投加顺序以及节省无机凝聚剂投加量三个方面来研究。通过实验,发现某几种阳离子有机凝聚剂能够改善沉淀出水水质,但试剂以及投加设备的费用较高。对于阴离子助凝剂,实验以观察试剂效果和确定最佳投加量为目的,其中6种试剂效果较好,建议在水厂试用,以确定它们的实际效果。

【Abstract】 The high turbidity problem in water out of the cyclofloc always exist in Pech-David water treatment plant at Toulouse in France. Compared with the other water treatment plant (Clairfont) at Toulouse, the turbidity of Pech-David was 2.3NTU and was higher than that of Clairfont as 0.5NTU. Coagulation jar-tests with several coagulants and coagulation aids from Floerger and Ciba company were studied to solve this problem. The study of coagulants was conducted in three espects: efficacy, order of adding reagents and economy of the inorganic coagulants. The results indicated some coagulants had good performance but were not recommended for economic reasons with high charge of the reagents and the adding equipments. The flocculants efficiency and their best quantity to use were investigated and 6 reagents were seleted. Further research on these 6 reagents are demanded in the plant in future.
