O3+UV高级氧化杀菌系统在瓶装饮用纯净水中的应用

【摘要】 O3+UV高级氧化系统由于产生具有很强氧化能力的·OH自由基,具有很强的杀菌能力。本研究应用该组合工艺消毒技术,对瓶装饮用纯净水生产消毒进行了研究。结果表明,在该组合工艺中,O3投加量控制在0.1 mg/L,可彻底杀灭瓶装饮用纯净水中的细菌,并具有较长的保质期。该组合工艺消毒的优点是不仅节省成本,而且可保持瓶装水较好口感。O3+UV高级氧化消毒系统是瓶装水较好的消毒方法,值得推广与应用。

【Abstract】 O3+UV advanced oxidation system, owing to the generation of·OH free radicle with strong oxidation, will have strong disinfection potential. In this paper, this combination technique was used to disinfect bottled drinking water. The results have shown that in the case of 0.1 mg/L dose of ozone, the O3+UV system can kill all bacteria in the water and show a long period of quality preservation. This technique, compared with other current disinfection methods of bottled drinking water, presents some strong points, such as cost saving as well as water good taste. It was believed that O3+UV system is a good method for bottled drinking water disinfection and worth widely application.
