碳/氮源调控下白腐真菌处理复配染料废水
Experimental Study on Effluent Characteristics of Dye Wastewater Treated by White Rot Fungi under Carbon/nitrogen Regulation
【摘要】 利用自行分离、紫外诱变的一株白腐真菌12#诱1,研究了碳/氮源调控下白腐真菌生物膜反应器处理复配染料废水的出水特性(色度、pH值、氨氮和总氮浓度)变化情况,初步分析了这些指标变化的内在关系。研究结果表明:在较低的碳源浓度为极限氮条件下该反应器对复配染料废水具有很好的脱色降解效果;氮源浓度及类型对处理出水特性有重要影响。
【Abstract】 Dye wastewater treated effluent characterized by color, pH, NH3-N and TN concentrations with a mutant white rot fungus 12# mL bio-film reactor had been investigated. Relationships between these characteristics was also analyzed.. Obvious effects of carbon and nitrogen sources regulation on these characteristics had been proved in this experimental study. With a reduced or restricted addition of carbon and nitrogen sources, satisfactory decolorizing results had been got, which are very meaningful to white rot fungal technologies for practical uses.
