用黄原酸酯法制备淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物絮凝剂

【摘要】 采用CS2/H2O2体系在碱性条件下引发玉米淀粉与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚,系统研究了各种反应条件与接枝率(G)和特性粘度([η])的关系。结果发现在适宜条件下,G和[η]分别可达100%和110mL/g以上。还发现将该絮凝剂与Al2(SO4)3复配使用,浊度去除率可达97%以上,明显优于两者单独使用,且投加量大大减小。

【Abstract】 The graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto alkaline maize starch was initiated using CS2/H2O2 as initiator. The influence of different conditions on graft yield(G) and intrinsic viscosity([η]) were investigated in a systematic way. It was shown that on suitable reaction conditions the graft yield and the intrinsic viscosity are above 100% and 110mL/g, respectively. It was also shown that the remove rate of turbidity is above 97% using this graft copolymer flocculant together with Al2(SO4)3, this effectiveness is clearly better than that using the two flocculants individually, and the dosage can be reduced a lot.
