悬浮硅藻土生物反应器的低温启动

【摘要】 硅藻土具有的特性,可以作为微生物附着生长的悬浮载体。而悬浮硅藻土生物反应器就是一种以硅藻土作为微生物载体的生物反应器。对悬浮硅藻土生物反应器中试装置低温启动过程的研究结果表明,环境因素对硅藻土表面上附着生长生物的硝化作用影响较弱,温度在6~9℃范围内,共需27d完成了第一阶段的启动,稳定后对氨氮的去除率在92%以上;而对COD、SS和TP的去除,依靠改性硅藻土的吸附、絮凝、过滤和部分生物作用,去除率分别可以达到70%、73%和92%。

【Abstract】 Diatomite earth can be used as biomass carrier. Diatomite earth bioreactor is just a kind of suspended carrier bio-process using diatomite earth (DE) as carrier. According to the research on the pilot-scale suspended carrier bio-process start-up, environmental factors have less influence on the growth of microbe adhesion to DE’s surface. When the temperature varied between 6 to 9 ℃, it takes 27 days to finish the first step of start-up, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen comes up to 92% above; it also exhibits a good effect on the removal of COD, SS and TP of waste water and the removal rate of those are 70%, 73% and 92%, which depend on diatomites absorption, flocculation and filtration and partly biological reaction.
