次氯酸钠对柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊孢子化的影响研究
STUDIES ON THE EFFECT OF SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE ON E.TENELLA OOCYST SPORATION
【摘要】 给14日龄海兰鸡雏接种E.tenella杂交F2株(本实验室培育),7 d后扑杀,刮取盲肠卵囊制成卵囊悬浊液。用不同浓度次氯酸钠(含活性氯不低于7.5%)分别处理5 m in、10 m in、15 m in、20 m in后,离心洗涤并进行卵囊计数,加2.5%的重铬酸钾,28℃环境下孢子化。于60 h取样检查其孢子化率。结果表明,高浓度长时间的次氯酸钠处理对E.tenella球虫卵囊孢子化率有显著影响(P<0.05)。
【Abstract】 Avian Chicken of 14-day-old inoculated with a hybridization E.tenella F2 strain(cultured from different isolates of different areas employing hybridization technique) were killed 7 days later,and the oocysts were gathered.The oocysts were treated with different density sodium hypochlorite(activated chlorine content no lower than 7.5%) for 5 minutes,10 minutes,15 minutes and 20 minutes respectively,and then cleaned by centrifugation.After cleaning,the oocysts were counted and placed in a large open dish with 2.5% K2Cr2O7 in 28℃.After 60 hours,sporation rates were checked by sample test.The result showed that there are some difference among the sporation rates of the different density sodium hypochlorite treatment groups.There are some significant effect on the sporation rates when oocysts were treated with high density sodium hypochlorite and long time(P<0.05).
