【摘要】 目的试验比较快速试纸条法、快速ELISA法、常规镜检法和人工胃液消化法检测猪旋毛虫病效果。方法采用上述4种方法分别对1 566头屠宰猪作旋毛虫病的检测。结果旋毛虫检出率分别为1.66%、1.66%、1.21%和1.60%。结论快速试纸条法具有特异、敏感、快速、简便的特点,用于现场检测可收到立等可取的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The intention of test is to compare the effect of detecting trichinellosis with rapid detection strip,ELISA,general microscope and artificially pepsin.Methods 1 566 swines were detected respectively with the above four methods.Results The positive rate is 1.66%,1.66%,1.21% and 1.60% severally with the above four methods.Conclusion The strip possesses excellent characteristics for rapid diagnosis,including high specificity and sensitivity,simplicity,especially the strip is easy to perform and can be done in 3～5 minutes at the spot.更多还原
