【摘要】 目的:研究调脂清肝胶囊对实验性高脂血症和脂肪肝的作用。方法:采用饲饵性大鼠高血脂模型观察调脂清肝胶囊的降血脂作用,采用乙硫氨酸所致小鼠脂肪肝模型观察调脂清肝胶囊预防脂肪肝作用。结果:调脂清肝胶囊明显降低高血脂大鼠血清总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量,升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量,提高(HDL-C)/(CHO)比值;明显减轻高血脂大鼠肝和腹后壁脂肪重量;对脂肪肝小鼠肝脏脂肪性改变有明显的改善作用。结论:调脂清肝胶囊具有明显的降低血脂和预防脂肪肝作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Tiaozhiqinggan(TZQG) capsule on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats and fatty liver in mice.Methods:The rat hyperlipidemic model was induced by feeding caloric diet and mouse fatty liver model was induced by ethionine,and effect of different doses of TZQG capsule on reducing blood lipid and prevention of fatty liver was obsevered.Results:TZQG capsule evidently lowered the levels of CHO,TG,and LDL-C,increased the HDLC,elevated the ratio of HDL-C and CHO in blood,and decreased the liver weight and abdominal fat of hyperlipidemic rats.It significantly improved the transformation of fatty liver of model mice.Conclusion:TZQG capsule had markedly effects on reducing blood lipid and prevention of fatty liver.更多还原
