白芷超临界CO2萃取产物化学成分的研究
Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction Products of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae
【摘要】 目的:研究中药白芷的超临界萃取物的化学成分组成及相对含量。方法:采用气相-质谱联机技术。结果:对萃取物中的60种化学成分进行了鉴定和分析,并测定了相对含量。结论:同传统的水蒸气方法相比,白芷SFE萃取率高达3.6%,且方法温和稳定,能保留药材的所有有效成分。
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction products of the Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Method:The capillary GC-MS was used to analyze the samples.Rusult:60 compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined.Conclusion:Compared with the distillation method,SFE is an efficient and stable method.The percentage of the products extracted by SFE was 3.6%.The results also showed that the products extracted by SFE can reserve all the useful compounds.
