基于GIS的城市公共绿地景观可达性评价方法

【摘要】 城市公共绿地景观对居民的服务能力是衡量一个城市现代化发展水平、和谐的人地关系的一个重要参考,可达性是一个量化的评价指标,能够综合多种因素对这种服务能力做出评价,为城市规划、园林规划提供借鉴。提出的一个基于网格划分的城市公共绿地景观可达性计算方法,利用每个网格的道路密度来近似模拟交通成本的阻力,在可到达性计算中综合了考虑人口分布、公共绿地景观服务力、交通成本等因素,来研究城市公共绿地景观可达性的空间分布特点,该方法具有较好的实用性和可计算性。最后,利用ArcInfo9这一G IS工具,以广州市为例进行了实例研究。

【Abstract】 In the paper,a method for computing accessibility of urban public green landscape is put forward to estimate more efficaciously the effect of the urban public green landscape on people.As an important index,the ability of urban public green landscape serving for residents is often used to measure the level of urban developing and harmonicity of human-land relation.Traditional evaluating method did not take into account the spatial distribution of green landscape.Actually,the main factors affecting public green landscape accessibility include quality of public green landscape,distribution of the urban population,actuality of urban land use,and road traffics establishment.Based on GIS,the study area is divided into many regular grids.Spatial distribution features of accessibility of public green landscape are researched by computing the accessibility in each cell.The resistance of traffic cost is simulated by computing road density in each cell and simultaneous population density distributing and area of public green landscape are also integrated into the computing method.A case study in Guangzhou city area was implemented by GIS tool—ArcInfo9 and some research results were gained by computing accessibility of public green landscape.It is concluded that the method has better practicability and calculability and provides a scientific basis for urban plan and green landscape plan.
