多氯联苯(PCBs)污染对桐花树幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 在盆栽条件下研究了多氯联苯(PCBs)浓度为180、900、1800和2700μg/kg的沉积物对取自于深圳福田红树林自然保护区育苗基地的红树植物桐花树幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:生长于PCBs浓度为900和1800μg/kg的沉积物中的桐花树幼苗的茎高、茎径、茎体积和生物量的生长量均极显著高于对照组,生长于PCBs浓度为180和2700μg/kg沉积物中的桐花树幼苗的上述生长指标的生长量也高于对照组,但差异不显著。所设PCBs浓度对桐花树幼苗的生长具有促进作用,桐花树能在PCBs浓度为180~2700μg/kg的沉积物中旺盛生长,对PCBs具有较强的耐受性和适应性。

【Abstract】 Mangrove species Aegiceras corniculatum seedlings,cultivated at the seedling base in Futian Mangrove Nature Rese were grown in the presence and absence of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in sediments under pot-cultivation condition.The concentrations of PCBs in the sediments are 180,900,1800 and 2700 μg/kg respectively.Measurements of the growth of stem height,basal stem diameter,stem volume and the total biomass were made at monthly intervals for a 6 month period.Aegiceras corniculatum seedlings grown in sediment treated with PCBs at the concentration of 900 and 1800 μg/kg exhibited significantly increased values for cumulative change in stem height,basal stem diameter,stem volume and the total biomass,and Aegiceras corniculatum seedlings could still maintain its normal growth at the concentration of PCBs with 2700μg/kg.It indicats that the mangrove species Aegiceras corniculatum had a stronger adaptability and tolerance to PCBs.
