Lasiodiplodin溴代衍生物的制备及抗尖孢镰刀菌活性
The Preparation of a Bromo-substitution Product of Lasiodiplodin and Its Antifungal Activities
【摘要】 通过NBS取代反应,制备lasiod ip lod in的溴代衍生物12,14-d ibromo-lasiod ip lod in,并首次对其抗尖孢镰刀菌活性进行研究。Lasiod ip lod in和12,14-d ibromo-lasiod ip lod in对尖孢镰刀菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为100,12.5μg/mL。溴代衍生物的抑制活性比母体化合物显著增强。
【Abstract】 12,14-Dibromo-lasiodiplodin,a substitution product of lasiodiplodin,was prepared through the NBS method.The antifungal activity of lasiodiplodin and its substitution product were studied at first time.The MIC of lasiodiplodin and 12,14-dibromo-lasiodiplodin to Fusarium oxysporum were 100 μg/mL and 12.5 μg/mL.The activity of the brominated lasiodiplodin was stronger than that of the parent compound.
