枪械系统作战效能综合评估方法的研究
Study of Synthetic Operation Effectiveness Evaluation Method for Small Arm System
【摘要】 针对陆军小分队实际作战的特点,采用美国工业界武器系统效能咨询委员会提出的W SEIAC模型,应用随机过程理论的柯尔莫哥洛夫前进方程,并结合层次分析法和模糊综合评定法,建立了枪械综合作战效能分析模型,给出了枪械作战效能综合评估方法.以步兵小分队一次战斗全过程为实例进行了验算,对比分析了不同枪械系统在作战过程中不同阶段的可用度、作战能力和作战效能.研究结果表明,该方法具有较强的灵活性、可行性和实用性.
【Abstract】 A synthetic analyzing model of operation effectiveness for a real army detachment is built.And the associated method based on the American system effectiveness analysis WSEIAC(weapon system effectiveness industry advisory committee) model for small arm is put forward,in which the Khalmocorofe onward equation of random process theory is used,and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics are combined.An example of a whole progress battle for an army detachment is presented.The usable measurement,operation ability and effectiveness are contrastively analyzed in the different fighting stage for the different small arm. The study results prove that the established model and the mentioned method have their flexibility,feasibility and practicability.
