西藏拟溞营养成分的分析与评价
Analysis and appraisement of nutrient compositions for Daphniopsis tibetana Sars
【摘要】 对采自西藏纳木卡错并驯养于稀释海水(盐度20)中的西藏拟(Daphniopsis tibetanaSars)一般生化组成、氨基酸和脂肪酸组成进行测定,与蒙古裸腹(Moina mongolica)、淡水裸腹(Moinaspp.)、日本虎斑猛水蚤(Tigiopus japoni-ca)、褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)和卤虫(Artemia)进行比较。结果表明,西藏拟的氨基酸和组成与上述饵料生物基本相似,18种氨基酸占蛋白质含量的69.68%,其中异亮氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸和组氨酸的含量均明显高于上述饵料生物,蛋氨酸的含量最高,达3.64%,完全能满足鱼虾生长对必需氨基酸的需要。西藏拟的主要脂肪酸为C16∶0、C16∶3、C18∶1ω9、C18∶2ω6和C18∶3ω3,不饱和脂肪酸含量高达71.58%,C18∶2ω6和C18∶3ω3含量分别达到9.97%和26.52%。EPA(C20:5ω3)和AA(C20:4ω6)的含量分别为1.41%和0.63%。从营养成分的角度进行评价,西藏拟经一定的营养强化后将成为一种很有前途的海淡水仔稚鱼虾的活饵料。
【Abstract】 Daphniopsis tibetana Sars(Crustacea: Cladocera: Daphniidae) is a low-medium saline lake cladoceran showing wide but patchy distribution in plateau saline lake in Asia,and can live in diluted seawater via acclimatization.Up to now little literature about the biology and ecology of D.tibetana has been obtained.In this study,the general chemistry composition,and the compositions of amino acids and fatty acids of Daphniopsis tibetana collected from Lake Namukaco in Tibet and reared in diluted marine water(salinity 20) were measured and compared with other five live food organisms such as Moina mongolica,Moina spp.,Tigiopus japonica,Brachionus plicatilis and Artemia.The results showed that general chemistry composition and amino acids composition were the same as those five organisms.Eighteen amino acids occupied 69.68% of total protein.And the contents of Ile,Thr,Met and His in D.tibetana were obviously higher than those in the other five live food organisms,while the content of Met was up to 3.64%.It indicates that D.tibetana can meet the requirement of fishes and shrimps during their growth and development.Primary fatty acids in D.tibetana were C16∶0,C16∶3,C18∶1ω9,C18∶2ω6 and C18∶3ω3.And the content of UFA was 71.58%;the contents of C18∶2ω6 and C18∶3ω3 was 9.97% and 26.52%,respectively. The contents of EPA and AA were 1.41% and 0.63%.But DHA was not detected in this experiment.Though the content of HUFA in D.tibetana was low,other fatty acids were higher than those in the other five species of zooplanktons.So in terms of nutrients,D.tibetana, by nutrition enrichment,can be a high quality live food animal for fishes and shrimps in freshwater and sea.
