【摘要】 不同的经济发展水平和经济增长阶段,有着不同的耕地资源数量变化的特征。发达国家、发展中国家和欠发达国家的国际比较研究表明,耕地资源数量变化与经济增长速度、经济发达程度的相关性大体上呈现3种不同类型的特征,3种不同类型的国家GDP的增长对耕地资源数量变化影响的基础、机理是不同的。研究表明,我国建国后至1981年经历了类似于欠发达国家目前经济增长和耕地资源变化的阶段,1981年至2004年处于经济增长和耕地资源变化的第二个阶段,此阶段的前后20年耕地资源数量变化是不同的,总体特征是耕地的代价性损失增加,2018年左右我国将进入“经济低增长、耕地资源低减少”类似于发达国家的第三个阶段,此后耕地资源数量锐减将成为历史。研究结果对正确认识和妥善处理经济发展与耕地资源保护之间的关系具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The change of cultivated land quantity is various at different economic growth level and different economic growth times.An international comparative research in developed countries,developing ones and less developed ones shows that there are three types of characteristics on the relations between the cultivated land change and economic growth rate and economic developed levels,and there are different foundation and mechanism of affection of GDP growth on the change in these three types countries.China experienced two stages in economic growth and cultivated land change.The first is from 1949 to 1981,similar with other current less developed countries;the second is from the year 1981 to 2004,with a character of increasing loss of cultivated land.It is predicted that,in 2018,China will enter the third stage of low economic growth and low cultivated land decrease,which is similar with developed countries.In a word,cultivated land loss is often happened in the course of economic takeoff in developing countries and it is a positive factor in economic growth.However,the rapid decrease of cultivated land in China should give great attention.The research result from an international comparison can be used for reference on understanding and solving the relationship between economic growth and protection of cultivated land resources 1) the relationship between economic growth and economical use of land resources should be treated properly;2) Technology is so important that we should think much of its use in land use.What’s more,we can discuss which method can save land resources with investment model and economic allocation mechanism.Our final target is to establish a society of saving land resources;3) Attention should be paid not only to quantity but also to quality and ecological environment.We can set up a system for dynamically monitoring cultivated land quality and food security;4) China should improve cultivated land protection system and reform its land management system,finance and tax system and human resources management system to get rid of improper law and institution obstacle.更多还原
