【摘要】 目的比较氟保护漆和氟化钠对乳牙大面积龋的治疗作用。方法选择264颗大面积龋乳磨牙,分为涂氟保护漆组(132颗)和涂氟化钠组(132颗),进行对比观察。结果涂氟保护漆组继发龋发生率(18.18%)明显低于涂氟化钠组(53.03%),χ2=34.96,P<0.01。结论氟保护漆在治疗乳牙大面积龋方面明显优于氟化钠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of fluor protector and fluoridum sodium on extensive caries of deciduous teeth.Methods 264 deciduous molar with extensive caries were selected and devided into two groups,132 in each,one group was treated with Fluor protector the other with fluoridum sodium,the therapeutic Effect was observed.Results Caries incidence of fluor protector group(18.18%)was significantly less than that of fluoridum sodium group(53.03%,χ~2=34.96,P<0.01).Conclusion Refering to the therapeutic effect on extensive caries of deciduous teeth,fluor protector is more effective than fluoridum sodium.更多还原
