【摘要】 目的了解山东省碘缺乏病达到消除标准四年后的防治现状。方法在全省抽取800名8~10岁学龄儿童,对其碘营养状况、居民户碘盐食用情况以及健康教育效果进行分析。结果合格碘盐食用率、尿碘中位数、儿童甲状腺肿大率均达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准,碘缺乏病健康教育状况也达到了比较理想的程度。结论山东省碘缺乏病防治工作目前已进入稳定发展的阶段,居民碘营养状况良好,但仍需继续抓好部分地区的碘盐供应和健康教育工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the present situation of iodine deficiency disorders in Shandong province since meeting the national standardization of IDD elimination for four years.Methods The iodine nutritional status,and the iodizedsalt consumption of the inhabitant as well as the effect of health education among 800 school children aged 8～10 years old sampled in Shandong province was analyzed.Results The qualified iodized-salt ingesting rate,the medians of the urinary iodine and the thyroid goiter rate(TGR)of children all met the national standardization of IDD elimination.The status of health education on IDD was satisfying.(Conclusions The prevention) and cure of IDD in Shandong province is in stable developing phase,and the iodine nutritional status of inhabitants is also in good status.But the supplement of iodized salt and the health education in partial region should be strengthened.更多还原
