平肺口服液调节肺癌小鼠血清瘦素水平的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:从肺癌恶病质相关因素出发,探索中药平肺口服液治疗肺癌的作用机理,以血清瘦素(leptin)水平为观察重点,为肺癌恶病质进一步研究提供实验基础。方法:利用荷瘤小鼠肺癌恶病质模型,以甲羟孕酮为对照药物,观察平肺口服液治疗后,小鼠体重、瘤重和血清瘦素水平的变化。结果:治疗前后小鼠体重有不同程度的变化,其中平肺组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);平肺组和阳性对照组与模型组相比,小鼠瘤重降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),平肺组的疗效略优于阳性对照组,但是两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);平肺组和阳性对照组的血清瘦素水平与模型组相比均有不同程度的升高,平肺组与模型组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05),但是阳性对照组与模型组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:平肺口服液能控制荷瘤小鼠体重,抑制瘤块生长,有效调节肺癌恶病质小鼠血清瘦素水平,对肺癌恶病质小鼠的全身营养状况具有改善作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:Based on the correlative factor of lung cancer cachexia,the paper studied the mechanism of lung cancer treatment of PingfeiMixture,a traditional Chinese medicine.The paper focused on the level of serum leptin and tried to build an experimental foundation for the further studies on the treatment of lung cancer cachexia.Methods:Using the model of mice’s lung cancer cachexia,taking Medroxyprogesterone as control medicine,the authors studied the level of serum leptin after the treatment of PingfeiMixture.Results:There were changes on the mice’ weights between pre-treatment and post-treatment.There was significant difference(P<0.05) between Pingfei group and model group.In comparison with model group,the tumor size and weight of the mice in both Pingfei group and positive-control group decreased.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The treatment result of Pingfei group was relatively better than positive-control group though the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Both Pingfei group and positive-control group had higher-level serum leptin than model group.The difference between Pingfei group and model group was significant(P<0.05) while the difference between positive-control group and model group was not(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pingfei Mixture can inhibit tumor cell from proliferation,controls the mice’s weight,adjusts the leptin level of lung-cancer cachexia effectively and improve the status of systemic nutrition.
