【摘要】 目的:探讨急性胰腺炎临床治疗疗效。方法:收集2000年3月￣2005年3月我院收治的151例急性胰腺炎病例,对病因及诱因、临床症状及体征、实验室及影像学检查、并发症、治疗与转归等进行回顾性分析。结果:治愈130例,治愈率为86.7%,好转18例,为12%;死亡3例,为2%。结论:感染是急性胰腺炎的严重并发症,应正确把握急性胰腺炎感染的诊断,严格掌握手术适应证,对于胰腺炎应按照其临床分型采取严格的规范化的治疗,才能取得更好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of acute pancreatitis.Methods:retrospective analyze on the causog of the disease,predogposing focfors,clinical symptom,physical sign,the result of laboratory and imageology,complication,therapy and turnover of 151 cases of acute pancreatitis from 2001~2005 in our hospital.Results:Cure rate was 86.7%(130/151),effective rate 12%(18/151)and death rate 2%(3/151).Conclusion:infection is the severe complication of AP and dootors should correctly diagnose infection after AP,strictly mastering the operated indication,giving preferably therapy and taking standardized treatment according to clinical classification of AP.更多还原
