【摘要】 目的:探讨T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)在新生儿、正常人和恶性肿瘤患者中免疫功能评价的意义。方法:对培养后的新生儿、恶性肿瘤患者及正常成年人的淋巴细胞进行普通细胞银染色,用KL型肿瘤免疫图像分析仪检测T淋巴细胞核仁银染面积与细胞核面积比值(I.S%)。结果:新生儿的T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs测定值是7.79±0.57%,正常成年人为7.56±0.51%,恶性肿瘤患者为5.15±0.68%。恶性肿瘤患者的T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs较正常人及新生儿均显著降低(均P<0.01),新生儿与正常人相比无显著性差异。结论:恶性肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞的Ag-NORs测定值较低,可能与免疫系统受损有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the T lymphocyte argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region protein(Ag-NORs) in infants,normal adults and malignant tumor patients to evaluate the indicator of different groups of immune state.Methods: A KL tumor immune image analysis system was used to analyze the areas of Ag-NORs in T cells,T cells from peripheral and cod artery blood which were cultivated stimulated,and silver stained.The ar-eas of Ag-NORs were analyzed.Results:The value of infants’ Ag-NORs was 7.79±0.57%;the value of normal adult was 7.56±0.51% and the value of malignant tumor group was 5.15±0.68%.The T lymphocytes’Ag-NORs of T lymphocytes’Ag-NORs was lower than infant and normal adult(P<0.01).There was no obvious dif-ference in T lymphocytes’Ag-NORs between infant and normal adult.Conclusion:The T lymphocytes’Ag-NORs of malignant tumor group is low,maybe it is associated with the destroyed immune system.更多还原
